  • Any advertising spend (ad budgets) paid directly to platforms like Google, Meta, or LinkedIn is not refundable, as it is under the control of the advertising platform.

  • Any changes may affect timelines, scope, and fees. These adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
